    with RAVI MARGA YOGA SCHOOL

Yoga Teacher Training & Continuing Education Programs

Our trainings offer a deep and authentic immersion into the practice, study, and teaching of yoga, guided by teachers with more than 20 years of experience. The programs are created with the intention of supporting both aspiring teachers and experienced practitioners who wish to refine their understanding and deepen their practice.

At the heart of our offerings is a 200-hour Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training, certified by Yoga Alliance, which provides a solid and comprehensive foundation in practice, philosophy, and teaching methodology. Alongside this foundational training, we also offer 50-hour YACEP (Yoga Alliance Continuing Education) programs, designed for certified teachers who want to continue learning, evolving, and expanding their teaching skills.

Our approach combines traditional yogic knowledge with a contemporary understanding of the body and mind. Students explore asana practice, pranayama, biomechanics, functional anatomy, and the art of hands-on adjustments, developing both technical knowledge and embodied awareness.

The spirit of these trainings is disciplined yet non-dogmatic. We honor the depth of the tradition while encouraging curiosity, critical thinking, and personal experience rather than rigid belief systems. Practice is approached as a path of inquiry and transformation, where consistency, patience, and self-observation become essential tools.

Whether through the 200-hour foundational training or the 50-hour continuing education modules, our programs aim to cultivate skilled, thoughtful, and authentic practitioners and teachers, while creating a supportive environment for meaningful personal and professional growth.

    Meet your teachers

    Ariana De Leon

From an early age, Ari embarked on a journey of embodied exploration through conscious movement, training in ballet and contemporary dance. Her deep curiosity about contemplative practices and somatic experiences led her to discover yoga in 2008, marking the beginning of a path that continues to evolve. Since then, she has immersed herself in various traditions, beginning with her training in classical Hatha Yoga.

In 2010, she began sharing the practice with beginners and assisting her teachers. In 2011, she discovered Ashtanga Yoga, a method that resonated deeply with her personal quest. Seeking to better understand its roots, she traveled to Thailand in 2018 to study at Traditional Ashtanga Yoga Shala Phuket, where she completed a 200-hour Teacher Training Course in Ashtanga Yoga, along with specialized training in Yoga Nidra and therapeutic yoga for spinal health. She later expanded her education with a 300-hour TTC and dedicated studies in pranayama, further enriching her holistic approach to the practice.

Today, she leads Sol y Luna retreat center, Ashtanga Yoga Room Tenerife and is part of Ravi Marga Yoga School. Her experience over the past four years at Purple Valley Yoga has been instrumental in her development, allowing her to study and practice with internationally respected teachers such as John Scott and Ty Landrum, with whom she continues to deepen her study of yoga philosophy. Her teaching integrates tradition with contemporary exploration, including the Black Lotus Yoga method, which she researches and shares as part of her ongoing path.

    Federica Rogani

Yoga and sound have been part of Federica Rogani’s life since her earliest years. She was born and raised in a family where yoga and the exploration of sound were a natural part of everyday life. Federica is an Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance (E-RYT 500) and a sound healing educator, co-founder of the worldwide organization Sound Healing International. Her work is grounded in a strong body based and anatomical approach to practice. She holds a university degree in Sport and Movement Sciences, with a deep interest in functional anatomy and biomechanics. Her academic background informs the way she teaches yoga, grounding practice in structural awareness, physiology and intelligent use of the body. Over the years, she has trained with internationally recognized educators, including Leslie Kaminoff, author of Yoga Anatomy, completing specialized training focused on the biomechanics of the Half Primary Series of Ashtanga Yoga. This work deepened her understanding of breath mechanics, spinal organization and functional movement within traditional forms. Her Yoga training includes work alongside respected teachers such as Laruga Glaser, Joy Miles and Ty Landrum. Through her training with Ty Landrum, she is a recognized teacher of Black Lotus Yoga method.

Since 2016, she has been exploring and sharing sound as an experiential tool within yoga practice, approaching it as a perceptual and embodied experience rather than a belief system. Her work bridges yoga, sound, anatomy and observation, inviting students to cultivate presence, sensitivity and embodied awareness.

Federica is also co-founder of Ravi Marga Yoga, a school rooted in lived practice, anatomical intelligence and experiential learning, where yoga and sound meet as complementary languages of attention.
